Monika serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Premier Post-Surgical Recovery, where she brings a strong foundation in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, equipping her with advanced expertise in financial management and business development.

With an extensive background as an accountant for multiple large corporations, Ms. Charles has developed a proven track record in budgeting, financial forecasting, and ensuring organizational fiscal health.
